Are you sure about this? Because there is nothing related to Outlook in patchnotes of those KBs.
I got this &quot;trying to connect&quot; problém in my environment now and uninstalling these Updates seems to wok for me. Before that I tried everything (update Office, reinstall Antivirus). After removing KBs it works, but now WSUS pushed KBs back again on those computers, so they are there reinstalled now. And it&#039;s working. Hope it&#039;s gonna last.]]></description>

Go to Add/Remove Programs
Look for above updates one by one
right click and Un-install it.
After un-installing all 5 security updates; RESTART your machine and check OUTLOOK :-)]]></description>
